International Arbitration Court
The International Arbitration Court (the “Court”) is a standing body of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board International Arbitration Center (the “KCAB International”), established under the new revised Rules effective from 1 January 2026. Composed of distinguished and highly respected experts in international arbitration, the Court exercises independent and autonomous determination on matters requiring decisions under the Rules in connection with arbitral proceedings administered by KCAB International. Through the work of the Court, KCAB International strengthens its position as a trusted, independent and neutral arbitral institution within the global arbitration community.
