Award Checklist

KCAB International has prepared this checklist to assist arbitral tribunals in preparing draft awards in KCAB International arbitrations. It is designed to help tribunals ensure that key formal and procedural requirements have been addressed, facilitate the scrutiny and approval of draft awards, and expedite the finalization of arbitral awards.
